Whereas we are working for the you, the investor our client, having your best interest at heart. We have access to properties that retail Brokers will never see due to our marketing and negotiation skills. And as part of our hunt on your behalf, we will present you with a deal valuation report including construction estimates, holding costs and conservative comps; information that will bring the best chance of being successful.
And since no deal can happen without money, our sister company Everyday Funding is ready to service your financing needs to get your deal off the ground. We have many options including Member 2 Member, crowdfunds and hard money and loan term commercial loans for single family houses that are not based on tax returns or report to your personal credit.
